These new dishes showcase the brand’s knack for its unique interpretation of authentic Chinese cuisine. The Stewed Pork Ribs with Yam & Shiitake Mushrooms is a stew of fork-tender pork ribs accompanied with yam and juicy Shiitake mushrooms.
Seafood lovers ought to try the new Prawns with Chinese Celery Sauce. Juicy prawns are dressed in Chinese celery sauce for a distinctive taste. Last but not least, the Crispy Otah Charcoal Dough Fritters are tasty morsels of otah nestled in charcoal dough fritters, perfect for diners looking for a spicy starter.
The world’s first Michelin-starred ramen restaurant has introduced its first Crab Soba, R.H.C.P Mazesoba, new sides, and improved recipes for signature items such as its Shoyu Soba and Shio Soba.
Touted as the top pick, the Crab Soba with Premium Char Siu and Crab Shell is filled with Japanese snow crab meat that has been seasoned and flame torched. The soba also features Iberico pork belly and Kurobuta pork loin, as well as broth which has been boiled with fresh mud crabs for hours.
R.H.C.P Mazesoba is a take on Japanese favourite, Hamburg (hamburger steak). It is made with maze soba where thick chewy noodles, drenched in house-made tomato sauce, are served with a generous amount of minced beef and drizzled with house-made cheese sauce.

The Neapolitan pizza is just one of the revamped items on Cicheti’s new menu. Appetisers include the new Zuppa di Cozze e N’duja, sauteed mussels in spicy tomato and white wine sauce.
For mains, ask for the off-menu special Sicilian-inspired Napoletana, circled with dollops of creamy stracciatella, each embedded with its own sliver of white anchovy marinated in chilli flakes and lemon zest.
The “secondi” (second course) menu sees new seafood options, Red Snapper Livornes with firm-fleshed fillet from the Tuscan seaport town of Livorno, served with flavours of the Mediterranean like taggiasca olives, capers, lemon and a spicy tomato sauce. The next new entry, the Zuppa de Pesc, an Italian expression of “bounty of the sea”, is a seafood-of-the-day serving in fragrant tomato-based stew.
