Luck Of The Draw

Stand a chance to win prizes worth up to $120,000 at the SAFRA Membership Grand Draw.

It was a moment of disbelief for Chan Wan Hua when she learnt that she had won a Volkswagen Passat, the top prize of the SAFRA Membership Grand Draw 2019. “I thought it was a scam or somebody pranking on me,” she exclaimed.

She added: “I later Googled this draw and realised it was genuine. I’m happy about the win as this is the first time I’ve won the first prize in a lucky draw.”

Some of other Grand Draw prizes up for grabs ranged from return air tickets to Hong Kong, Paris and London to gift vouchers from the Al Futtaim Group and Dairy Farm Group.

Chan, who has four kids and works in the finance industry, explained how her fortuitous win happened. “I signed up for the SAFRA membership card as well as for my kids because they used to visit the Kidz Amaze at SAFRA Toa Payoh. On top of spending our weekends at the club from time to time, we would occasionally dine at some of the restaurants there. This membership card comes in very handy because it gives you dining discounts and deals.”

In all, she said that the SAFRA club was a good place for family bonding. “I will recommend my friends, especially those with young children, join SAFRA,” she said.
