Facebook: Feeling “stuck” at work, even when you’re at home? Clear the blockage with these five tips.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Plan for hourly breaks, or even a staycation. Make sure you take time off from work to enjoy other things, especially activities and hobbies which you have fond memories of. By spending time away from work, the time that you do spend at work will be more productive and creative as you’ll spend less time thinking about taking a well-deserved break.
Reconnect with your original goals

Change how you see work
What if you are in a position that you are not passionate about? Instead of lamenting, you can learn and acquire as many skills as you can in the role, at the same time keeping it temporary by working on getting a better position that matches your desires.
